After the win of Indian cricket team in opening game on Sunday in T20 International match with Sri Lanka, the second match is on hold when Indian all rounder Krunal Pandya tested positive for Covid-19. The scheduled match of Tuesday in postponed to be played in Colombo till the entire contingent undergo the RT-PCR tests. Eight other members are identified to be in close contact by the medical teams following the Rapid Antigen Tests. In a statement, BCCI released the news.
The 2nd ODI match will be played on July 28th, followed by 3rd ODI match on July 29th. India is in lead from Sri-Lanka in the three-match series game after its win with 38 runs in the opening game.
