Big B ‘Jalsa’ Sunday Meet: Amitabh Bachchan to resume weekly meeting with fans after 2 years, blog shared hinted

Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan on Sunday hinted at resuming his weekly meeting with fans at the gate of his Mumbai home ‘Jalsa’. Sharing the post on his blog, Amitabh said that even if the meeting starts again, it will be done following all the precautions. He has also described the relaxation of many Kovid-19 protocols in Mumbai as a blessing.

Amitabh Bachchan has recently completed the shooting of his upcoming project. He was shooting for this project in Rishikesh. On this, he wrote in the blog, “Journey over… Having left ‘Devbhoomi’ with a sense of euphoria after being in this divine environment of Rishikesh. Work and work environment, crew members and supporting actors.. to all I have left. Hope to meet all of them again soon.”

Sunday Meat to be held in Jalsa will resume
Amitabh Bachchan further wrote in the blog, “The latest news from Mumbai City is that there are no protocols in Mumbai including masks regarding Corona. It is like a blessing. Now international flights have also got relief. Now people from far away can also come and go. Now the Sunday Meat in Jalsa will also be resumed as before. Whatever precautions will be issued by the government will continue to be followed. Excited to have Sunday meat in Jalsa. Need to recover now.”

In India in March 2020, when the cases of corona started increasing rapidly, Amitabh shared a post on social media and told the fans that the weekly meeting on Sunday at the gate of his house ‘Jalsa’ had been cancelled. He also told the fans, “Please don’t come to the gate of ‘Jalsa’.. Now Sunday meet is not going to happen. Take precautions.. Stay safe.”

Big B’s upcoming projects
Talking about the work front, recently Amitabh Bachchan’s film ‘Jhund’ was released a few days ago. Which has done good collection at the box office. Big B was in Rishikesh for the last few days for the shooting of the film ‘Good Bye’. South’s actress Rashmika Mandanna is also going to be seen with him in this film. Apart from this, Amitabh will soon be seen in director Sooraj Barjatya’s ‘Uchhai’, ‘Brahmastra’ and ‘Runway 34’. Ajay Devgan and Rakul Preet Singh are also in lead roles along with Amitabh in ‘Runway-34’.
